MAKEUP & HAIR APPOINTMENTS

Makeup Appointments:

 

  • Waxing/Threading: Have your brows and face waxed or threaded at least 4 days before your appointment. This allows the skin to settle and ensures a smoother makeup application to those areas

  • Clean Face: Please arrive makeup & product free

​

  • Hydrate: Drink lots of water to ensure skin is hydrated ​

Hair Appointments:

 

  • Hairstyles: Please have hair washed & straightened at least a day prior to your appointment - This will help us create a smooth and beautiful hairstyle style for you

    • If you would rather us take care of this part for an additional fee, let us know in advance so that we adjust your appointment time

​

  • Extensions: If you're bringing your own extensions, we kindly ask that you wash and dry them before your appointment. This will help us style them more easily and ensure you get the best results. Please let us know in advance so we can make any necessary adjustments to your appointment time. We want to ensure everything is perfect for you!

MICROBLADING APPOINTMENTS

Precare Instructions:

 

  • 48 HOURS PRIOR:

    • Avoid alcohol & caffeine

    • Avoid aspirin/ibuprofen niacin and any vitamins

    • Avoid intense physical activity

    • Avoid Supplements: Prenatal, Fish Oil, Workout Shakes

    • Direct sun exposure

  • 1 MONTH PRIOR

    • Stop use of Retin-A

    • Avoid using any AHA product on eyebrow

    • Avoid botox or filler

    • Avoid facial & skincare services: Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, etc.​

Aftercare Instructions:​

  • Avoid touching picking or peeling the treated area

​

  • No sauna, swimming or hot showers for two weeks

​

  • Do not let water touch your eyebrow area for 7 days

​

  • Avoid sun exposure or salon tanning for 2 weeks

​

  • No makeup on or near the treated area for 7 days

    • Please text or call (832) 348-6001. Once we discuss your preferred date and services ​you'd like to book for, a deposit will be required to secure your appointment

    • Once you have your event date set, you should consider booking your appointment. Many clients book their appointments as early as 4 months from their event date

  • How long will my makeup & hair last?
    • Makeup & hair should last for the duration of your event. During your appointment, we will give you tips which can help in longer lasting results

  • Do you offer touch-up kits?

    • Yes, we do offer touch up kits for bridal clients only

  • What are your travel fees?

MICROBLADING:

  • What is Microblading?

    • Microblading is a semi-permanent tattooing technique that enhances eyebrows by applying pigment in fine strokes creating a natural look​

  • How long does it take to heal?

    • Microblading typically takes about 7 to 14 days to heal, with initial scabbing and fading occurring in the 1st week. Full healing can take up to a month

​

  • How long does it last?
    • Microblading can last anywhere from 1 to 3 years, depending on your skin type lifestyle and aftercare

​

  • Is the touch up necessary?

    • Yes, touch-ups are necessary for microblading. It is recommended to have a followup about 6 to 8 weeks after initial visit to perfect shape and desired color

​

  • Is it painful?

    • Microblading may cause some discomfort. A topical numbing cream is usually applied before to minimize sensation during the procedure
